We were founding shareholders and directors of Petro Andina Resources Inc., an oil company headquartered in Calgary and operating in Argentina. Petro Andina grew from a start-up funded with $1 million of seed capital, to a company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange before being acquired for $700 million in 2009.
